An 11 cm blade. 1 mm serrations. A comfortable handle. That’s all you need to slice a tomato without squashing it.
The Nogent*** Les Responsables serrated tomato knife has been designed for one precise task: cutting through the thin skin without damaging the flesh. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Its serrated blade grips the food from the very first contact. It doesn’t slip. It doesn’t crush. It cuts cleanly, producing neat, even slices.
Tomatoes are its speciality. But its serrations are also ideal for citrus fruits and soft-fleshed foods. A single knife for all delicate textures.
Eleven centimetres is just the right length. Long enough to slice medium-sized foods. Handy enough to maintain control over your movements.
The handle is made from a material comprising 94% bio-based material derived from sugar cane. Its ergonomic shape offers a comfortable and precise grip.
Lightweight, ergonomic and well-balanced, it fits naturally in the hand. It’s dishwasher-safe. You use it. You clean it. You start again.
Made in France, at our factory in Biesles. The Les Responsables serrated tomato knife doesn’t crush. It slices. Quite simply.
