The wooden handle of this peeler is carefully crafted using wood from our own woodland, where it has been left to dry naturally for a year. After this process, the wood is stained in one of seven available colours and then finely varnished for shine, durability and a pleasant feel in the hand.
What really sets our peeler apart is the precision of its blade. Each blade is expertly hand-sharpened in our factory in Biesles, Haute-Marne. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees clean, precise peeling every time, making kitchen work easier and providing an exceptional user experience.
