Paring Knife – Smooth Blade 9 cm | 3 1/2 inch | Nogent Iconic

The 9 cm paring knife is an essential tool in any kitchen. The 9 cm paring knife Nogent Iconic model has been designed to offer the perfect balance between precision, manoeuvrability and versatility, making it ideal for all your everyday tasks.

Its smooth blade ensures a clean, even and controlled cut. It is ideal for peeling, trimming, coring or slicing fruit and vegetables with precision. Thanks to its 9 cm | 3 1/2 inch length, this knife offers excellent precision whilst remaining efficient enough for quick cuts. It is equally suited to meticulous preparation and more spontaneous tasks.

Its manoeuvrability makes it a true extension of the hand. The movement is precise, fluid and natural, without any unnecessary effort. This level of control is particularly appreciated for delicate tasks, where every movement counts.

The solid wood handle plays a key role in this quality of use. It offers a stable, comfortable and ergonomic grip, allowing for excellent control of the knife. Its natural texture also provides a warm and authentic feel.

In keeping with Nogent’s tradition of craftsmanship, the wood is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each timber is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.

Designed to last, this paring knife is part of a responsible approach to cooking, where the quality of the tool directly contributes to the precision of the cut.

Versatile, precise and reliable, the 9 cm Nogent Iconic paring knife perfectly embodies the demand for the perfect cut.
