The 11 cm Nogent Iconic baguette knife is specially designed to slice baguettes and bread rolls with precision. Thanks to its 6 mm serration, it grips the crust firmly whilst keeping the crumb light and airy.
Its medium-sized serrations make it easy to tackle crispy crusts without slipping, whilst avoiding crushing the inside of the bread. They guarantee clean, even slices, ideal for everyday use as well as for making sandwiches or open sandwiches.
With its 11 cm blade, this knife stands out for its excellent manoeuvrability. More compact than a classic bread knife, it allows for precise handling, particularly when cutting baguettes or individual portions. It offers optimal control, facilitating quick and neat cuts.

Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each wood species is selected for its strength and aesthetic qualities. PEFC-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.
