The 8 cm Nogent Iconic spreader knife is designed to assist with simple everyday tasks with precision and comfort. Ideal for breakfast or as a starter, it makes it easy to spread butter, jam, cream cheese or other spreads.
Its smooth blade ensures an even and controlled application. It allows textures to be spread evenly, without tearing the bread or crushing the food. Its shape is designed to offer good control, facilitating precise and enjoyable spreading.
Measuring 8 cm in length, this spreader is compact and easy to handle. It is perfectly suited for use at the table, allowing for a fluid and natural motion. It works equally well on slices of bread as on more delicate items, such as toast or canapés.
The solid wood handle enhances this user-friendly quality. It offers a stable, comfortable and ergonomic grip, allowing for optimal control. Its finish also adds a warm and authentic touch, ideal for a neat presentation.
In keeping with Nogent’s expertise***, the wood is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each species is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™ certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.
Designed to last, this spreader knife is part of a responsible approach, combining simplicity, efficiency and longevity.
Practical, precise and a pleasure to use, the Nogent Iconic butter knife is the essential tool for sharing delicious moments.

Since 1923, in the heart of the Haute-Marne, Nogent*** has been serving French households.
This founding legacy is built on fully mastered craftsmanship, from steel to blade, from wood to handle, from cutting to the finished table.
Today, we are one of the few French companies to offer a 100 per cent integrated manufacturing process: blade cutting, machining, heat treatment, plastic injection moulding, rivet setting, polishing, sharpening… everything is carried out on-site at our workshops in Biesles.
This industrial decision represents a strong commitment. It guarantees complete traceability, consistently high quality standards and a direct link between our teams and our products.
