Tomato knife – Serrated blade 11cm | 4 1/4 inch | Nogent Iconic

The 11 cm Nogent Iconic tomato knife is designed to meet the demands of the most delicate cuts. Thanks to its fine 1 mm serrations, it allows you to easily cut through the skin without crushing the flesh, ensuring clean, even and perfectly controlled slices.

These very fine serrations are particularly suited to tomatoes, but also to citrus fruits, ripe fruit and delicate vegetables. Where a smooth blade might slip or compress the food, the serrated blade ensures immediate grip and a precise cut, without altering the texture.

Its 11 cm serrated blade offers an excellent balance between precision and ease of use. It allows for both fine slicing and quicker cuts, whilst maintaining excellent control over the movement. This size is ideal for everyday use, both during preparation and when plating up.

The solid wood handle enhances this user experience. It offers a stable, comfortable and natural grip, allowing for a fluid and secure movement. It follows the movement effortlessly, providing both precision and enjoyment of use.

In keeping with Nogent’s expertise***, the wood is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each species is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™ certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles factory, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.

Designed to last, this knife is part of a responsible approach to cooking, where cutting quality is at the service of respecting the food.

Precise, efficient and a pleasure to use, the 11 cm Nogent Iconic tomato knife is the essential tool for mastering all delicate cuts.
