Inspired by the traditional Japanese knife, the 11 cm Nogent Iconic Mini Santoku is designed to offer maximum versatility in a compact, easy-to-handle size. It handles a wide variety of kitchen tasks with precision, from slicing and mincing to chopping.
Its smooth blade ensures a clean, even cut, suitable for vegetables, meat and herbs alike. Its shape, slightly wider than a paring knife, makes it easier to cut and guide food, whilst providing a good surface area for working efficiently.
Measuring 11 cm, this Mini Santoku stands out for its compact size, being shorter than a traditional santoku yet offering a wider blade surface than a paring knife. It thus combines manoeuvrability and versatility for everyday use, allowing you to work with precision even on small surfaces.
Its natural balance allows for fluid movement, reducing effort and enhancing comfort of use. It quickly becomes an essential tool in the kitchen, capable of replacing several knives as required.
The solid wood handle provides a stable, comfortable and natural grip. It moves effortlessly with your hand, enhancing the precision and fluidity of your movements.
In keeping with the Nogent*** tradition, the wood comes from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each wood type is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.
Versatile, easy to handle and precise, the Nogent Iconic mini santoku is the ideal companion for efficient and controlled everyday cooking.
