Slicing knife – Smooth blade 19cm | 7 1/2 inch | Nogent Iconic

The 19 cm Nogent Iconic slicing knife is designed to produce clean, even and precise slices of meat, roasts and large cuts. Its long, thin blade allows you to guide the knife smoothly along the entire length of the cut, ensuring a clean and consistent result.

Its smooth blade ensures a clean cut without tearing the fibres, thus preserving the texture and quality of the food. It is particularly suited to cooked meats, roasted cuts or dishes requiring a neat presentation.

At 19 cm, this knife offers excellent range of movement. It allows you to slice in a single motion, without having to saw through the food, which improves precision and the final result. This size is ideal for working efficiently on medium to large cuts.

The blade’s thinness contributes to cutting precision. It penetrates the food easily, reducing effort and ensuring even slices, whether cutting meat, poultry or even certain cold dishes.

The solid wood handle ensures a stable, comfortable and ergonomic grip. It naturally follows the movement of the hand, offering good control and a sense of mastery essential for precise cuts.

In keeping with the Nogent*** tradition, the timber is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Beech and hornbeam wood stained cherry: each wood type is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.

Designed to last, this 19 cm slicing knife embodies a responsible approach, combining precision, performance and longevity.

Precise, efficient and perfectly balanced, the Nogent Iconic slicing knife is the ideal tool for successfully carving meat to the highest standards.
