A different material in the hand, a set for sharing, a board that makes preparation inviting. Nogent new arrivals build on actions you already know. Silhouette table knives, Affidenté® Naturel tools, kitchen sets and solid beech boards form this selection. Discover shapes and combinations according to what you need, what you cook and the useful objects you enjoy giving to others.
New arrivals that begin with everyday use
A new tool makes sense when it meets an existing habit. Silhouette brings an 11 cm finely serrated blade and a slender wood-composite handle to the table. Black, wine red and blue-grey let you arrange a setting around objects you already own. The handle is dishwasher-safe, keeping the routine straightforward.
Affidenté® Naturel combines the warmth of wild cherry wood with Nogent*** micro-serrations. Four teeth per millimetre, almost invisible to the naked eye, cut into ingredients easily on knives and peelers using this technology. Complementary models with classic serrations keep their own edge type. That distinction matters, even within one family. Our knives are worked in the Biesles workshops, Haute-Marne. New designs and combinations build on that knowledge while keeping the same practical need: making each action understandable and enjoyable in a real kitchen.
Choose for your kitchen or someone else’s
Solid beech boards offer another starting point. The large version with a juice groove suits more generous preparations; the reversible board pairs a smooth side with a grooved side for bread. The surface matters as much as the tool working on it, and the format should fit your space.
Kitchen sets bring complementary tasks together. Brunch selections work with fruit, bread and toast. Table knife sets make gifts that can be used for ordinary meals, rather than only being brought out on special occasions. Their purpose remains everyday usefulness.
The selection on this page evolves with the collections. Check a set’s contents, the edge type, handle material and care instructions before choosing. A new arrival does not require replacing something you already enjoy. It can simply complete a task, introduce another routine or encourage you to prepare something you have not yet tried making yourself.
