LARGE CHOPPING BOARD – WITH DRAINAGE GROOVE – SOLID BEECH WOOD | THE SPECIALISTS

The right technique starts with the right surface. Designed for food preparation that calls for more room, this solid beech chopping board with a juice groove provides a generous, stable and comfortable surface for larger everyday chopping and carving tasks.

Measuring 37 × 28 cm and 3 cm thick, it offers ample space for carving joints of meat, chopping larger quantities of vegetables or tackling preparations that require extra room. Its sturdy construction provides excellent stability on the worktop, helping you cut with precision and comfort.

A groove running around the edge collects juices released during cutting. Particularly useful when carving meat or preparing juicy fruit and vegetables, it helps keep your worktop clean throughout food preparation.

Carefully considered down to the smallest detail, the board also features bevelled edges. These make it easier to slide your fingers underneath to lift, move or pick up the board from the worktop, ensuring easier, more comfortable handling every day.

Solid beech provides a surface naturally suited to chopping. Gentler on knife edges than very hard materials, wood helps keep blades sharp for longer. Made from PEFC-certified solid beech (10-31-3657), this board combines strength, durability and the natural warmth of wood.

Designed to support everyday kitchen tasks for years to come, it develops a natural patina over time, gradually revealing the wood’s character.

To preserve its qualities, wash your solid beech chopping board with a juice groove by hand using a sponge, warm water and a little washing-up liquid, then dry it immediately. Do not put it in the dishwasher or leave it to soak. Regular oiling with a suitable food-safe oil helps condition the wood, maintain its appearance and prevent it from drying out.

A generous preparation surface designed for comfortable chopping, keeping juices contained and giving you room to work.
