The Nogent Iconic No. 1 9 cm kitchen spatula is designed to assist with the precise movements of everyday cooking. Thanks to its compact size, it allows you to handle food with finesse and control, whether you’re cooking or preparing ingredients.
Its 9 cm head offers excellent control over small areas. It is ideal for turning delicate foods, mixing or working with preparations directly in the frying pan or saucepan. Its size allows for precise handling without altering the structure of the food.
Particularly suited to meticulous cooking, it makes it easy to handle small portions or preparations requiring precise movements. It quickly becomes an indispensable tool for careful and controlled cooking.
The solid wood handle ensures a comfortable and stable grip. It naturally follows the movement, allowing for good control and fluid use. Its texture also lends a warm and authentic feel to the utensil.
True to Nogent’s expertise***, the wood is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam stained to resemble cherry wood and beech: each timber species is selected for its strength and durability. PEFC™ certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and resistance to wear and tear.
Designed to last, this spatula is part of a responsible approach, combining simplicity, efficiency and high-quality materials.
Compact, precise and a pleasure to use, the 9 cm No. 1 Nogent Iconic kitchen spatula is the ideal companion for effortless everyday use.

Since 1923, in the heart of the Haute-Marne, Nogent*** has been serving French households.
This founding legacy is built on fully mastered craftsmanship, from steel to blade, from wood to handle, from cutting to the finished table.
Today, we are one of the few French companies to offer a 100 per cent integrated manufacturing process: blade cutting, machining, heat treatment, plastic injection moulding, rivet setting, polishing, sharpening… everything is carried out on-site at our workshops in Biesles.
This industrial decision represents a strong commitment. It guarantees complete traceability, consistently high quality standards and a direct link between our teams and our products.
