Double-blade peeler | Nogent Iconic

In every kitchen, certain tasks become second nature. Peeling is one of them. With the Nogent Iconic double-blade peeler, this everyday task becomes smoother, more consistent and more efficient.

Its double blade has been designed to optimise the peeling motion. It allows for a continuous, fast and perfectly controlled cut, particularly suited to firm-fleshed fruit and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots or apples. This system improves productivity whilst maintaining high precision, avoiding waste and ensuring a clean peel.

Unlike a conventional peeler, the double blade allows you to perform the movements with consistency, without unnecessary effort. The motion becomes more natural and fluid, contributing to a comfortable everyday experience.

The solid wood handle plays a key role in this sense of control. It offers a stable, ergonomic and comfortable grip. It supports the movement without restriction, allowing for prolonged use without fatigue, whilst lending the tool a warm and authentic feel.

In keeping with Nogent’s expertise***, the wood used comes from sustainably managed French forests. Hornbeam, beech or wild cherry: each species is selected for its mechanical properties and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.

Beyond its performance, this double-blade peeler is part of a responsible approach to cooking: a reliable, durable tool, designed to assist with essential tasks over the long term.
