Barbecue Knife – 11 cm blade – Green | Expert Affidenté®

This green Affidenté® barbecue knife brings Nogent*** micro-serrated cutting precision to grilled food. Its 11 cm blade is easy to guide at the table, helping make the simple pleasure of a barbecue feel effortless and well controlled.

Affidenté® precision for grilled food

The patented Affidenté® micro-serration brings Nogent*** cutting expertise to the table. With four tiny teeth per millimetre, almost invisible to the naked eye, the edge initiates the cut cleanly and evenly. On grilled meat or other cooked food, it helps you work through the portion without relying on unnecessary force. The eleven-centimetre blade is easy to guide, making it a practical choice for a relaxed barbecue or an everyday meal.

Grilled dishes vary in texture, from a browned exterior to a softer centre. A controlled movement helps keep each cut neat and predictable. Rather than sawing aggressively, guide the blade steadily and allow the micro-serrations to engage the food. The fine Affidenté® edge is designed to retain its cutting ability without routine sharpening, bringing confidence to the simple act of portioning food on the plate.

The pleasure of sharing a meal

A barbecue knife belongs at the centre of an informal gathering: meat comes off the grill, plates are passed around and everyone settles down to eat. Its familiar dimensions offer a comfortable way to enjoy the food without fuss. The handle is designed for a direct grip, while the fine edge helps keep the gesture light and precise.

The Affidenté® technology reflects the manufacturing expertise developed by Nogent*** in Biesles, France. Since 1923, the brand has sought to make essential gestures simpler and more satisfying. After the meal, clean the knife carefully and store it where the cutting edge is protected. A straightforward table companion, it brings the quality of the cut into the pleasure of being together.

Its green polypropylene handle provides a practical, comfortable grip. The design stays focused on the cutting gesture, with a finish that is easy to recognise among everyday utensils.
