Folding Pocket scissors – Leather case | Les Spécialistes

The Nogent*** folding pocket scissors embody French craftsmanship, combining cutting precision, practicality, and durability. Made in Biesles, they are the result of meticulous work by skilled artisans, carrying on a tradition of excellence recognized for nearly a century.

Designed for everyday use, these scissors stand out with their compact folding format. Once folded, they can be carried safely and easily, making them ideal for use anywhere: in the kitchen, while traveling, hiking, or for small daily tasks.

Their folding design ensures both safety and convenience. Simply lower the two rings to unfold the blades and use the scissors with precision. Their handling is intuitive, allowing for a simple and efficient motion.

The beveled blades are finely sharpened, delivering outstanding cutting performance for clean and precise results across various materials. Whether for light tasks or more detailed work, they ensure excellent cutting quality.

Their 96 mm size offers a perfect balance between compactness and comfort. The rings are designed to naturally fit the thumb and index finger, providing good control during use.

To maintain their performance over time, it is recommended to store them in their leather pouch, protect them from moisture, and occasionally oil the mechanism.

Robust, practical, and elegant, the Nogent*** folding pocket scissors are more than just a tool—they reflect durable and functional French craftsmanship.

This founding legacy is built on fully mastered craftsmanship, from steel to blade, from wood to handle, from cutting to the finished table.

Today, we are one of the few French companies to offer a 100 per cent integrated manufacturing process: blade cutting, machining, heat treatment, plastic injection moulding, rivet setting, polishing, sharpening… everything is carried out on-site at our workshops in Biesles.

This industrial decision represents a strong commitment. It guarantees complete traceability, consistently high quality standards and a direct link between our teams and our products.
