Peeler – Single-edged – Pink | Expert Affidenté®

This pink single-edge Affidenté® peeler combines the familiarity of an everyday kitchen tool with an unusually precise cutting edge. It is designed to work gently on the skins of fruit and vegetables, including delicate produce that can be easily bruised by excessive pressure.

Affidenté® micro-serrations for delicate skins

Nogent*** developed Affidenté® to make precise preparation feel effortless. Its remarkably fine micro-serrated cutting edge has four teeth per millimetre, almost invisible to the naked eye. Rather than pressing hard against a tender ingredient, the edge starts the cut gently, helping to lift the skin without crushing the flesh beneath. This is particularly useful when peeling ripe tomatoes, kiwis or other soft-skinned fruit and vegetables, where a clean first contact makes all the difference.

With its single cutting edge, the peeler encourages a measured, controlled stroke. Turn the ingredient in your hand and follow its natural shape, adjusting the angle as you move from one section to the next. There is no need to force the motion: let the fine serrations do their work and use short, even movements for a tidy result. The simple design keeps attention on the ingredient and on the precision of your hands.

A small essential for thoughtful everyday cooking

Whether preparing a tomato salad, fruit for breakfast or vegetables for a home-cooked meal, this peeler makes a familiar task more pleasant. It is easy to pick up for one ingredient and equally useful when several portions need preparing. The dedicated single-edge format offers a straightforward approach to peeling, without unnecessary complexity or extra steps.

The lasting value of this tool lies in its combination of a finely mastered edge and a practical shape. Affidenté® carries that expertise into an everyday utensil: a reliable companion for the careful, satisfying gestures that make preparing food by hand a pleasure.

Its pink polypropylene handle provides a practical, comfortable grip. The design stays focused on the cutting gesture, with a finish that is easy to recognise among everyday utensils.
