Silhouette brings Nogent***’s work on the cutting edge to the table. Its 11 cm blade has fine 1 mm serrations for cutting meat, vegetables and delicate preparations. XC50CrMoV15 stainless steel, with a hardness of 56 to 58 HRC, is worked in our Biesles workshops, Haute-Marne.

The partially visible tang forms part of the knife’s design. The handle remains slender and comfortable beneath the fingers. It is made from 97% of a bio-based bio composite using wood fibers and vegetable oil. Precision is visible in the blade, but is also felt in the continuity between the object placed on the table and the one taken into the hand. Its purpose stays close to the ordinary pleasure of eating together.

A table to arrange, a routine to share
Black suits a restrained setting. Wine red brings a deep, warm shade. Blue-grey offers a softer tone. Keep the colours matched or mix them with plates and cutlery you already own. A table can be composed of objects you enjoy, without an obligation to replace everything or reserve them for formal occasions.
