An 11 cm stainless steel blade. Double serrations. A comfortable handle. That’s all you need to cut meat properly.
The Nogent*** Les Responsables stainless steel steak knife has been designed for one simple task: to slice cleanly, without crushing the fibres. Nothing spectacular. Just a clean cut, every time.
Its double serration grips the meat from the very first contact. It doesn’t slip. It doesn’t tear. It cuts through even the firmest textures.
The double serration ensures the blade retains its effectiveness over time without the need for regular sharpening. No whetstone. No sharpening steel. You just use it, that’s all.
Eleven centimetres is just the right length for the table. Long enough to slice effectively. Handy enough to maintain control of your movements.
The handle is made from a material comprising 94% bio-based material derived from sugar cane. Its ergonomic shape offers a comfortable and precise grip.
Ergonomic and well-balanced, it fits naturally in the hand. It’s dishwasher-safe. You use it. You clean it. You put it back on the table.
Made in France, at our factory in Biesles. The Les Responsables stainless steel steak knife gets straight to the point: it cuts cleanly, meal after meal.
