Tomato Knife – 11cm blade with 1mm serrations – Mouse | Classic Polypro

This mouse grey tomato knife has an 11 cm blade with fine 1 mm serrations, designed for cutting produce whose skin can be firm while its flesh remains soft. A clean, measured cut helps preserve both the texture and the presentation of fresh ingredients.

Fine serrations that respect tender ingredients

The skin of a ripe tomato can resist the start of a cut even when the flesh beneath is delicate. This tomato knife answers that challenge with a fine, one-millimetre serration. The teeth initiate the cut while the blade moves through the ingredient with controlled pressure, helping you prepare slices without unnecessarily crushing the flesh. The same approach is useful with other tender fruit and vegetables.

For a tomato salad, a sandwich or a plate of seasonal vegetables, the knife makes it easier to create even rounds and tidy wedges. Guide the blade with measured strokes and let the serrations do the initial work. The eleven-centimetre length gives useful reach across a medium-sized tomato while remaining easy to handle. You can adjust the thickness of each slice to suit the texture and presentation you want.

From fresh produce to the table

A dedicated tomato knife is not limited to one recipe. It belongs among the small tools that help transform fresh ingredients into something enjoyable to share. Use it whenever a delicate skin calls for a careful start to the cut. The fine teeth support a neat finish, whether preparing a quick lunch or adding detail to a composed dish.

For more than a century, Nogent*** has focused on the quality of the cutting gesture, turning practical kitchen needs into dependable tools. Good tools allow the natural appearance and flavour of the ingredients to remain at the centre of the meal.

Its mouse grey polypropylene handle provides a practical, comfortable grip. The design stays focused on the cutting gesture, with a finish that is easy to recognise among everyday utensils.
