Bread knife – Serrated blade 19cm | 7 1/2 inch | Nogent Iconic

The 19 cm Nogent Iconic bread knife is designed to deliver a clean, even cut, even on loaves with thick crusts. Thanks to its 7.5 mm wide serration, it effectively cuts through the crust whilst preserving the structure of the crumb.

This specific serration ensures excellent grip from the very first contact. It prevents slipping and allows you to slice without crushing or compressing the bread, guaranteeing clean, even slices. It is particularly suited to artisan breads, baguettes or country loaves.

Its 19 cm blade offers the ideal length for smooth, continuous cuts. It allows you to work on loaves of different sizes with ease, whilst maintaining a steady, controlled motion. The movement is natural and effortless, enhancing user comfort.

The solid wood handle plays a key role in ensuring this quality of cut. It offers a stable, comfortable and ergonomic grip, allowing for precise control. Its finish also lends the tool a warm and authentic feel.

True to Nogent’s expertise***, the wood is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Beech and hornbeam stained to resemble cherry wood: each timber is selected for its strength and aesthetic appeal. PEFC™-certified (10-31-3657), the wood is air-dried for a year at the Biesles workshop, then stained and varnished to ensure stability, durability and long-lasting resilience.

Designed to last, this 19 cm bread knife is part of a responsible approach, where performance and longevity go hand in hand.

Efficient, precise and durable, the Nogent Iconic bread knife is the essential tool for successfully slicing all your loaves of bread.
