Peeler – Double-edged – Pink | Expert Affidenté®

The pink Affidenté® double-edged peeler brings a specialist Nogent*** cutting technology to one of the most familiar tasks in the kitchen. Its fine teeth and two cutting edges help you peel fresh ingredients with precision, even when their skins and flesh require a delicate touch.

The precision of Affidenté® in every peel

At the heart of this peeler is the patented Affidenté® cutting technology developed by Nogent***. Its ultra-fine micro-serrations comprise four teeth per millimetre and are almost invisible to the naked eye. They gently score the skin of delicate produce, allowing the blade to begin peeling without pressing down hard on the softer flesh beneath. A ripe tomato, a kiwi or an aubergine can therefore be approached with greater confidence and a lighter touch.

The two cutting edges make it easy to work through successive strokes as you turn the fruit or vegetable. Follow the curve of a courgette, move around a small tomato or prepare several ingredients for the same recipe. The aim is not to hurry or apply more force, but to let the fine teeth initiate the cut while the hand guides the movement. This balance between control and cutting efficiency makes even delicate preparation feel natural.

An everyday tool designed around the gesture

Useful for a quick lunch as well as more elaborate cooking, this double-edged peeler makes its contribution before the pan is even on the hob. Its purpose is precise and practical: make an essential task simpler while respecting the ingredients.

For more than a century, Nogent*** has focused on tools that are simple, precise and made to last. With this peeler, that attention to detail is felt in an ordinary moment of cooking, when a well-designed tool allows the ingredients, rather than the effort, to take centre stage.

Its pink polypropylene handle provides a practical, comfortable grip. The design stays focused on the cutting gesture, with a finish that is easy to recognise among everyday utensils.
