An 11 cm smooth blade. A versatile size. A comfortable handle. That’s all you need for precise cutting.
The Nogent*** Les Responsables stainless steel paring knife has been designed for everyday tasks: mincing, slicing and cutting. Fruit, vegetables and small pieces of meat. A single knife for a wide variety of foods.
Its stainless steel blade delivers clean, even cuts. Eleven centimetres is just the right length. Longer than a traditional paring knife for greater efficiency. Short enough to maintain precision and control.
This intermediate size makes all the difference. It allows you to switch from precise cutting to handling medium-sized pieces of food without changing utensils. Simple. Easy to handle. Effective.
The handle is made from a material comprising 94% bio-based material derived from sugar cane. Its ergonomic shape offers a comfortable and precise grip.
Lightweight, ergonomic and well-balanced, it fits naturally in the hand and is dishwasher-safe. You use it. You clean it. You start again.
Made in France, at our factory in Biesles. The 11 cm Les Responsables stainless steel paring knife gets straight to the point: a single knife for most everyday cutting tasks.

Since 1923, in the heart of the Haute-Marne, Nogent*** has been serving French households.
This founding legacy is built on fully mastered craftsmanship, from steel to blade, from wood to handle, from cutting to the finished table.
Today, we are one of the few French companies to offer a 100 per cent integrated manufacturing process: blade cutting, machining, heat treatment, plastic injection moulding, rivet setting, polishing, sharpening… everything is carried out on-site at our workshops in Biesles.
This industrial decision represents a strong commitment. It guarantees complete traceability, consistently high quality standards and a direct link between our teams and our products.
